British Airways is having a sale for flights from the UK to Honolulu for £592 & up - round trip incl. taxes. All flights from London have a short layover in Los Angeles. If you fly from another airport in the UK (eg. Glasgow or Manchester) you'll have a additional layover in London.
The cheapest flights are available for travel in October, November, December. Flights in the end of December and January, February and March are available for £622 & up.  
You have to book your flights by 16th July 2013.

It's possible to spend some nights in Miami before you continue your travel to Aruba. Some flights have a additional stopver in New York. Unfortunately you can't stay there a bit longer.

Etihad Airways and Airberlin are offering open-jaw flights to Bangkok for only 407 Euro & up – round trip incl. taxes. All flights have a short stopover in Abu Dhabi. The flight fare allows travel in June, September, October, November and December 2013. You have to book your ticket before 30th June 2013.
An open-jaw ticket is an airline ticket in which a traveler returns to a city other than the one in which they arrived, or in which the final destination is not the same as the original departure city. In this case all flights have to depart in Amsterdam (AMS) and have to return to Dusseldorf (DUS), Frankfurt (FRA) or Berlin (TXL).
If you’re from the Netherlands or North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) I’d recommend to fly back to Dusseldorf and simply take the train back home or to Amsterdam.

Virgin Atlantics, Aer Lingus and LOT Airlines are offering open-jaw flights to New York City for only 299 Euro / 254 GBP  - round trip incl. taxes.
An open-jaw ticket is an airline ticket in which a traveler returns to a city other than the one in which they arrived, or in which the final destination is not the same as the original departure city. In this case all flights have to depart in Warsaw (WAW) or Prague (PRG) and have to return to Manchester (MAN) or Edinburg (EDI). Ryanair connects Manchester and Warsaw for only €19 (oneways excl. baggage fees).
All flights have a short stopover in London. The long haul flights between London and New York (and vice versa) are operated by Virigin Atlantics. You have to use the first flight from Warsaw to London. If you miss one flight, the rest of the ticket will be canceled. You can ask the staff in NYC or LAX to checkin your luggage only until London on the way back and simply skip the last leg to Manchester. But no one can guarantee you that.
The fare is valid for travel between October and December 2013.
